Vital Greens appears to have the widest range of beneficial ingredients, in fact, I have recently come to the end of my tub, hence my queries. Vital Greens is the vilest tasting substance I have yet tasted, so I felt it may be wise to seek an alternate brand in the hope that I was less repulsed. Pure Synergy contains far more grasses, but excludes many of the herbs that Vital Greens contains (some of which are beneficial to the liver which may be my main concern).

Perhaps I shall experiment. I was rather hoping for conclusive proof of which is "best" but I expect that this is all down to individual taste once more...

It costs almost £60 for a tub, however...not so appealing to the unemployed!
