I feel like my colon is impacted...can you really feel this? or is this my imagination? I am preparing for a fast and a Colon Cleanse (pills w/benonite and ???I forget the other ingredient...but it's called perfect 7)

ok...a friend of mind told me that my breath smelled old??? or rotten? not like stool. My friend seems to think it's something in my mouth..tooth/teeth, but I tend to think it is in my colon?
