I've been very lucky so far. I've never had
any liver problems. I take Liver Care as a
protective measure, just as I do a number of
other supplements. My intuition tells me to
do so, and I listen carefully to my Inner Voice. I also take a milk thistle capsule
every other day, and have been doing so for
nearly 30 years.

In your place, I'd give the Liver Care (Liv 52) a try for 3 months. If you take 2 tablets
a day, it will cost you about $10.00 a month.

You might also want to consider some liver
cleansing herbs that Andreas Moritz recommends
in his books. I've been using them for about
a year. Every third or fourth day, I make
about a quart of the tea, and drink it during
the course of the day. On another day, I make
the same amount of his Kidney Cleansing tea.
It's all part of my prevention plan.

Here are the herbs in Andreas' Liver Cleanse
tea: Dandelion root, licorice root, wild yam
root, milk thistle, comfrey root, agrimony,
barberry bark, and white oak bark.

Andreas suggests buying batches of both teas,
pre-mixed, from a little company in Minnesota
called The Present Moment. A big batch of
either tea, pre-mixed, costs about $25.00,
