Re: thanks

I love the soap box you get on, ( I wouldnt call it a soap box :-) we learn a lot when people with experience share what has worked so well with them and are kind enough to pass on this knowledge through trial and error, my thanks to you.

I m excited to say I travelled to the Northwest and bought my honey from a local single family owned and operated bee keeper. Great stuff from the hive to the container. It is not dark either, I heard/read the color depends on the time of season. It was not thick? It was very pourable. The bee keeper did say his bees were not producing like they used to. All the bees work was done on wildflowers grown in pristine ( compared to big cities ) conditions.

A lot of soy is used in nuts and seeds sadly. Did you get old figs from Turkey? Too dry right? LOL
I laugh because I have found lots of fun stuff from dates packed from Overseas, like those little black bugs dont know the name now, I think they are called clover bugs- which take over your whole cabinet and then some! Really have to be careful with things. I didnt know where they were coming from, then I examined the tin of dates- they were digging out little houses for themselves- that went in the trash real fast!

lol
