I completely agree with fasting etc for detox reasons,
but where I am at now,
I know it would not be good for me.
esp in light of already having lost way too much wt,
and extremely dehydrated.
In fact my son will be going on a oj fast
this up comming week.
My body instincts are telling me not to join him
on this fast, but to stick to warm foods like steamed
peaches, apples, pears etc to get my body back asap
to consuming regular food again.
I am already way extremely overstressed body wise
from this and very weak.
I know that fasting under these circumstances
could lead to creation of gallstones, etc
since this can be a side effect of fasting,
esp if body is already in a stressed state.
But Otherwise I would certainly do this *smile*
I love fruits and fresh squeezed juices,
they are a good 70% of my regular food intake.
