Aluna I have something similar

I started having slight headtremors about 5 years ago. Right now it is worse, but I often feel hot or cold and get chills, like you. I was even wondering if it was hormonal (I am 70).
Like you I have been flushing etc and try to folow a healthy lifestyle since the last three years and gave up all (6) prescription drugs since a year ago. I read as far as the tremors go it might be from many years (15) using anti-depressants.
I don't know about the hot and cold symptoms.
I might look into Ana's suggestion too.
I do have 1 gallstone which does not want to come out after 3 years and 45 flushes (but symptoms are gone).
I read the scary list and they mentioned gallstones, but then there were another zillion things mentioned too. I agree better ignore it, I am staying away from doctors too.
