End of my rope

I have had a severe Body Odor problem for over 10 years; however, it seems to have magnified 100-fold over the past year alone. Although, I have dealt with osctracism for most of my life, I have been brutally unprepared for the level of harassment I now suffer from, especially in my neighborhood. I have been unemployed for over a year, and now am pretty much immobile in my own residence. I rarely leave the house at all anymore.

I suspect my overall health has diminished to the point where it cannot maintain or heal itself anymore. I would not know how it would have worsened so rapidly otherwise. I have a host of other very unusual symptoms that has occured during this time. I constantly feel parasitic movement in my body now and they seem to freely swim anywhere in my body without restraint. When I take in food, or nutrients it also runs straight through my body. I know I have to try and rebalance my body, but it seems impossible because of my inability to absorb any good nutrients. Even when I take in good foods, such as fresh vegetables, the parasites start acting as if recharged. I have also undergone numerous anti-parasitic cleanses, but this only helps momentarily. Today, I finished a liver cleanse, and despite following the Clark protocol strictly, I got out nothing. I had intially, had success with my earlier attempts but the last few yielded nothing. I attribute the failure due mostly to this incredibily severe leaky-gut problem that I have.

I don't really know what to do anymore, because any attempts to heal myself just seem wasted. I am utterly desperate, I have even thought of undergoing some kind of surgery to remove the parasites, but I don't know if that exists.

Does anyone have any advice that may help someone in my predicament? I would very much appreciate it. Thanks.
