3rd post.. need help please

I posted this question in 2 forums already. MH says he's unsure of what to do. This morning I took a 2 quart cold- water enema [I could only hold a half a quart at a time though] and now instead of feeling empty and light, I feel heavy and full, though I have nothing more to eliminate. What happened, and is there any way to fix this?
