Re: Need a diagnosis, or a pointer

One of the many reasons allergies and sensitivities to foods due arise is due to leaky gut; candida is one of the possible causes to leaky gut as it slowly perforates the intestinal wall when it shifts to its rhyzomal form. Some food particles that shouldnt go through the wall end in the blood stream and your immune system can become sensitive everytime you eat that specific food/s. Also certain foods can detoxify too quickly and if the toxins are not released fast enough they end up in the blood stream and your system puts one and one together and can become allergic to for example garlic because it kills yeast too fast and toxins cant be released in a timely manner. Glutamine does help combat leaky gut but there other factors that need to be addressed specially if one is trying to get rid of an overgrowth.
