Need a diagnosis, or a pointer

Hi, I need to know what is wrong with me. I have a vague idea. I'm currently on a fast, not really for its benefits but rather because everything I eat makes me feel worse and I really mean almost everything. The diagnosis from the doctors is IBS and IBD and yes when I eat soluble fibres I feel mildly better but over time I get progressively worse when I go on that so-called 'diet'. Fasting has a similar effect, I feel good but I feel weaker and weaker untill I'm like how I am now, just sort of 'existing' not enjoying anything. I'm thinking its candida and/or leaky gut when I eat, I eat raw foods I do all the things your supposed to do, I've now started herbs/medicines heres the list of what I'm taking quickly orally

Tinctures/anti-fungals:

Black Walnut/Calendula
Licorice
Echinacea
Caprylic Acid
Grapefruit seed extract
Garlic (although this causes upset too)

Supplements:

Glutamine
Digestive Enzymes
Multi-vitamins
Pro biotic caps (Acidophillus and Bifidum)
Cod Liver oil

I've ruled out that its non-organic produce causing problems, it makes little difference if they are organic or not (not criticising organic produce). I can only think its problems with my digestive system. Also my breathing, becomes blocked all the time and this is linked with my mood and general feeling, when its unblocked I feel good when its blocked I feel horrible, its blocked (constricted) nearly 95% of the time. I have headaches all day long, I have mood swings after eating things which coincide with my breathing becoming constricted (which usually happens after I eat something). I'm at the stage where literally everything I eat makes me feel bad or at least does not improve my state. I think fruit is bad for me because it maybe feeding the 'infection' so I'm just looking for suggestions really to what I might do? Should I continue eating minimal amounts of food and doing the supps/anti-fungals, its hard to tell whether I've improved or not because I sporadically feel better when having soluble fibre. Would it be a good idea to do what I'm doing here but add psyllium husks now and then to keep things moving? Your suggestions, very much appreciated. Chris
