What is your diet like?
Diet is very important. Try your best to get all your nutritional needs from your diet. Eat a diet rich in fresh fruit veggies and whole grains, seeds and nuts. Limit your intake of animal protein and get plenty of good fats and oils such as extra virgin coconut oil, extra virgin cold pressed olive oil, and Flax oil. Cut out dairy products except for plain yogurt. Cut out all refined, sugary and processed foods. That means
White Sugar , white flour, white pasta and rice are a no no. Eat organic foods whenever possible.
The following items can be used to treat varicose veins and in some cases cause them to reverse to normal veins:
Buffered Vitamin C with Bioflavinoids
Horse Chestnut (tincture or liquid extract)
Natural Source Vitamin E
Copper & Zinc
As well as nutritional/herbal therapy make sure that you get enough exercise such as walking, swimming and cycling.
Try not to stay stationary in a standing or sitting position for long periods of time.
