Suggestions for Mooney....

Dear Mooney,

You say you've tried just about everything, and to no
avail. Let me ask you a few questions:

Do you still eat meat and dairy products? Is the stew
you're eating a canned food, or is it homemade? What
percent of your daily diet is living food? How much
water do you drink, and what is its source? Do you
take a probiotic, or eat fermented food?

If you're still eating meat from the supermarket,
drinking milk, and eating cheese and ice cream, then
chances are excellent that you have NO beneficial bacteria in your intestinal tract. And without the good bacteria, Mooney, it's just about impossible to
assimilate your food.

Meat and dairy products, especially milk in all its
varieties, includig low-fat, are LOADED with
anti-biotics. Those anti-biotics kill off all the
good bacteria in your intestines. So if meat and
dairy are part of your current eating-regimen, you
need to stop eating them (the exception being organic
yogurt).

Do you swim in chlorinated pools? Do you shower
without a filter? If so, Mooney, your skin is soaking
up chlorine from both the pool and the shower water.
And that chlorine will do its best to kill off all
the bacteria in your body, good and bad.

I suggest you drink home-distlled water, buy a shower
filter, and don't swim in pools except on special
occasions. Shower immediately when you come out of the
pool, preferably in a filtered shower.

Additionally, you should take probiotic capsules
every day. They put the good bacteria back in your
intestines. I use Jarrow-Dophilus +FOS, which I buy
from Tunies.com. I take one capsule each day -- but
I also eat 90 percent living food. I suggest you
take one probiotic capsule with each meal, until
your intestinal tract is healthy again.

You should also consider eating fermented foods
like miso and sauerkraut. Get them in your health
food store, not your supermarket. Fermented foods
add good bacteria to your system. That's the way
people kept their insides healthy for thousands of
years.

If you're not a vegetarian, consider becoming one
for the summer. You can do just about anything for
3 months. Give it a real shot. Try to be positive.
People who eat mostly living food (like me) do not
have constipation problems. The food goes right
through you. You'll have at least two BMs a day,
and the amount that comes out will stagger you.
Additionally, the poop has no bad smell. Why?
Because it hasn't been inside you long enough to
get nasty. Lsst evening's dinner becomes this
afternoon's BM. Your digestive system extracts
the nutrients it needs, and sends the rest south.

Yes, take an enzyme tablet with every meal. My choice
is Mega-Zymes. I especially like it because it also
has 3 pancreatic enzymes in the formula. I also buy
it from Tunies.com here in South Florida. Great prices
and fast shipping.

Try not to be overly discouraged, Mooney. Your body
will respond positively, once you're going it the
foods, drinks, and supplements that it needs. I think
by the end of summer, you'll be a healthy human being.
I'll keep you in my prayers.

Trust your deep intuition about what to do.

Blessings,

Owen
