where to start...

I'm just beginning to look into alternative medicine and am feeling desperate. My son has been dx'd w/ pdd-nos for about four years. He's currently on clonidine and I hate it. He constantly has dark circles under his eyes and is congested. He's had tubes put in his ears three times and his adnoids removed. His Psychiatrist wants to put him on Stratera because none of the he can't tolerate any of the stimulants. I have not given in yet, but the school "officials" are putting pressure on me to get his "meds balanced" before kindergarden. He's due for 5-year vaccinations which I've been avoiding, but I won't be able to much longer because of school. I feel so overloaded with all of the information "out there" and I don't know where to start or even how to find good, reliable advice. I desperately need help. My son needs help. I'm sorry this is so long...I'm just a mom looking for answers. I feel betrayed by the doctors that I trusted with my son, from the time he was born. I am looking into Dr. Schulze 's products because they are easy to follow and use, but I don't know about safety for kids. Any advice about where to start would be so appreciated. Thank you.
