have h ployri. any natrual cures for it?

I have been to the doctors.They tested my blood and said I have a bug, bacteria called H. ployri. they said for me to take 3 Antibiotics for tree weeks. But I wanted to know if there was any other way to kill this bacteria. Greatly preciated with any info you might have.It cause bad pain in the middle of night, can't breathe, bad back pain the pain is relieved by food only no pain meds.
