How is your diet? Dry skin can be a sign of vitamin deficiency and also of kidney sluggishness. You should drink plenty of purified water early in the morning. Try to stay away from soda and caffeine.
B vitamins and vitamin E will also healp.
make sure you have plenty of fats: avacados, almonds, seeds, olive oil, safflower oils etc... in your diet.
This may help you internally as you do other methods to your skin externally.
Also try to moderate your shower temperature to a less hot setting.
