I skin brush on my face with a smaller facial natural brush. Actually I think it is a little too rough so I wet it then scrub in circles! My favorite skin brushing link is below, besides being a great "how-to" it will answer why skin brushing helps the lymph among other things. Besides all of the wonderful health benefits it had many outward physical changes for me that were very pleasing. Skin brushing took all of the "texture" off of my stretch marks making my belly feel smooth and entirely eliminated cellulite on my backside and thighs! Plus it made my stomach a little flatter too.
