Re: i use colosan

I started a week ago and this cleanse, and it shoudl be used for 27 days and then maintenance should begin, anyway it has helped me sooo much with my gastritis, and bloating, it has been a miracle product for that, the only thing is that I have to stop taking this the day before I am going out, because if not I am not sure when I will get the runs, so its a bit crazy in that way, but I have not seen any weird poop, like some peopel say they see like ropey looking fecal matter etc.. just diarrhea, anyway I wish the runs stop because I am lucky I have been staying home alot lately because for someone that works this must be extremely hard to deal with, anyway I am using my grapefruit seed extract mouthwash which works very well for bad breath, and it has worked today so far, so i will keep on using it, Thanks for your info I appreciated it greatly and God bless.
