The combination of Prime One and MSM also made my nails very thick and strong, they grew very long before cut them. Prime One is a nutrition adaptogen product, and MSM makes your cells more permeable by nutrition among other things. Just make sure the MSM you are taking either already has a third of the amount of MSM with vitamin C or take it on the side yourself. Vitamin C makes MSM much much more effective.
