Re: Still Waiting
Ditto to what 25371 says.
I just happened upon the below document 2 days ago, it may be old news for some of you, but it is a pretty through rundown on 'detox' versus 'mobilizing' and covers many of the various pockets of the body that mercury can escape into once it has been mobilized but not properly bound and excreted. The same web site also offers a Detox Handbook, which I'm seriously considering since there seems to be way too many circumstances and exceptions to try remembering all the various details of how/when/why mercury in it's various forms does or doesn't leave the body.
Would be nice if detox was a simple matter of having mercury
Amalgams removed, but the fact seems to be, the eviction of
Amalgams is merely a critical beginning.
To repeat a warning from a few days ago, while one is still in the midst of a
Amalgam removal program, it is too early to begin mobilizing; after the last filling is gone, then it's time. It could do much more harm than good to mobilize while there still remains a reservoir (filling) planted somewhere inside the body, especially when it's planted in the head. In the meantime, the safe approach seems to be relying on whatever supplements and vitamins one trusts to be good at encouraging binding/excretion of that which is already floating around in the system. Conservatively speaking, VitaminC and Selenium among others have much case history for beign good at this.
"let's be safe out there!" :)
