Holy Cow! No wonder.

I would definitly not be taking homeopathics to expel mercury from organs right now and I would certainly not take cilantro, not yet. It's too soon for cellular detox. No wonder you're feeling worse.

I assume you've had the Amalgam fillings for years. If so, the mercury has been accumulating for years. If you mobilize the mercury, it enters the blood and can redistribute. This will flare up your symptoms seriously. You need to have a binding agent available to capture the mercury and carry it out.

The best approach to detox is gently, especially at first. Here are some suggestions.

Stop all detox agents for a week. I bet you'll feel a whole-lot better.

Start immediately with protein powder (whey, not soy) once-a-day. Proteins contain cystine which bears a sulphur binding site which gently chelates mercury. Take 2000mg of Algin 10-15 minutes before the protein. I have placed links to the products I use below. They've worked wonders for me.

After a month, add in a green drink which contains a little chlorella mixed right in with the protein. The Chlorella will add additional mercury binding sites. Continue with the Algin (very important).

Do this for a month and evaluate where you are and how you feel. Then you can think about adding in additional chelators.

Avoid high sulphur foods like eggs and limit sugar, caffeine and avoid NutraSweet ([1]Aspartic Acid - Kills brain cells in higher amounts, [2] Phenylalanine - Causes brain cancer, [3] Methyl Ester - Becomes free methyl alcohol—methanol—wood alcohol, which is a serious poison).

Homeopathics are great, but need to be taken carefully and with Algin.
