HELP is it SALMONELLA or EGG Allery?

Help, My husband is getting real bad stomach aches and cramps after eating eggs. He has never been allergic to poultry or eggs. It started after we ate at the Egg & I for breakfast one day after that he gets sick after eating any eggs. I thought he had gotten some bad eggs. But now even at home when we cook eggs he gets sick. Is he getting allergies from eggs? Or is it salmonella? We do usally get flu shots in the fall, which is made from eggs. Can he get one? We don't like going to the Dr's office. He has taken Black-Walnut in hoping it was a parasite no luck with that. He still gets sick from eggs. Please any help is appreciated.
