My biggest problems were a) night grinding and b) a dentist who put 'medicated fillings' in if you developed any sensitivity. My new doc will very carefully adjust your bite and 9x out of 10 that fixes sensitivity. ie, you have an area where your teeth hit instead of all at once=sensitivity in the area where it hits.

20 of my teeth are crowned - makes it difficult to 'regrow', however, i pay close attention to the natural teeth and have never noticed areas where they are worn down a tad re-growing. Tough but my teeth do look great! Pics look like "Mr. Game Show host...."
