Continue drinking liquids. Even gatorade is ok...for now. But on a regular basis I would make sure I am getting 1/2 my body weight in
ounces per day of water. IE< 200lb man would need 100 ounces.
I would salt my food liberally with
Sea Salt . I would even take some salt over the next few days right off the spoon.
I would follow the salt up with a home made gatorade -
The Master Cleanser . Juice a lemon, lime, throw some cayenne and a tablespoon of maplesyrup into 16
oz of water.
I would order some licorice root and make myself 2-3 cups of licorice tea per day.
A weight lifting routine 3x per week helps. It helps increase volume thus regulating bp - either up or down. Cayenne has a similar effect. If you like green tea - the small amount of caffeine could help in the short term. Stick with the ginger.
I would slowly start to do hot cold hydrotherapy 2x per day.
I would also cut back on garlic short term if you currently take ALOT. For instance, I eat 10 cloves or so daily. I certainly would drop down to 1-2 for a bit.
Dr. Schulze 's BP formula helps regulate up and down and would be a nice balancer.
