I would take Colloidal Silver (absorbed under the tongue) and use a magnetic pulser directly over the infected area.
The trouble with herbs, etc is they don't get into the small protected area of cavitations or abcessed bone areas. A magnetic pulse will penetrate. The Colloidal Silver will take care of any spillage outwards. Do not use herbs while using the magnetic pulser though due to electrporation.
