Complications

Hi there, I'm looking for help. I have had crohn's disease for over 10 years, and am now going through a pretty rough time with it. I've been sick for a month now, with my bowels moving very little. My doctors have me taking laxitives, and i have tried just about everything that i can think of. I have taken:correctol, senekot, lactulose, exlax, ducolax suppositories, glycerine suppositories, and have tried a fleet enma. so far nothing is really moving. normal for my body is to have diareaha everyday, and this has been for the last 5 years. I have never had surgery to have pieces removed. It troubles me that my doctor is not concerned why i have been constipated for the last month. does anybody have any advice to help me? I'm to the point that i just want to die, i can't handle much more pain. they have given me dilauded for pain, and even that doesn't take the pain away. I need help, any advice?
