Yup, I'm only 18. People think I'm 15. Yet I'm 5'10 1/2" (I gained 1.5 inches this past month - stretching out spine, my scoliosis is going away from stretching!). Because my face makes me look real young.

I've been into natural health since I was born really. I was always watching karate guys on t.v. (lol) and I could go on for a while about this, but to make it short I was always into martial arts since I was literally born. My family always told me that when I was born I was very aware of everything, like right after I was born my grandpa came into the room and said 'well hello there!' and I turned my head around to see him a gave him a look like 'well who are you?'. And at 15.5 I got ripped and 2x as strong as my friends who could benchpress this or that or something that made them sound really insecure cause they had to brag about it, without lifting a weight (combat conditioning - matt furey). Some people don't like his stuff and give him a bad name, but he's right about a lot of things. Teaches how to make things simple and listen to your body.

That's the most accurate place I've ever read.
