Dear Bahir,
You're a good writer. I would have
guessed you were much older than
18.
You've acquired a wisdom about the
world that is going to hold you in
good stead all the days of your life. You obviously listen to your
intutiion, and it is giving you
excellent advice. When the amalgams
are removed, you'll feel healthier
than you do now.
But just as importantly, Bahir, you're educating yourself about
real nutrition; how to keep your
body healthy till Saint Peter sounds
his electronic pager for you (many,
many years from now). When you're
40, you'll like back on these crisis
years as a Blessing, rather than a
Curse? Why? Because they forced you
to make major changes in your life
at a very early age.
I hope you'll consider learning about meditation. I hope you'll consider saying affirmations every
day (check the CZ affirmations forum). Read some books about mysticism, such as THE POWER OF NOW
by Eckhart Tolle. It may open Doors
for you.
And don't worry about what family
and friends think of you. Pray for
them, wish them well, but don't soak
up their negative energy. The Deva
of your Soul, your deep intutiion,
will never mislead you. I sense from
your post that you already know that.
Take LOTS of vitamin C in the weeks
leading up to the
Amalgam removals.
Cilantro and chlorella also are
good at removing heavy metals.
Learn all you can about sane eating-
regimens. Learn all you can
about intestinal cleanses. Learn
all you can about exercise routines
that are fun. Don't pay attention
to the acne-scars. Look on them as
"dings" that had to happen, or else
you wouldn't have found the Heaing
Path that you're now on.
Keep us updated on your reaction to
the amagam removals. I will keep you
in my prayers, Bahir.
Blessings,
Owen
