for the mold problem I would look at ozone machines.

I have an ozone machine and it is great for killing pathogens in the air and getting rid of odors. You can't turn them up to much as they can also harm lung tissue.

A great way of getting rid of mold is scrubbing the walls down with a solution of bleach. Tweet
