Cheapest krill oil (NKO) i could find and best deal is by Swanson Vitamins (www.swansonvitamins.com)...you get 90 500mg caps for $27.99. At this price and using only one capsule daily, it's quite a bargain at $9.33/month!

I've been using hemp seed oil..which is in a very ideal Omega-6/Omega-3 ratio (~3:1), and which also contains GLA, SDA, and Oleic Acid (Omega-9)..as well as chlorophyl and other goodies.

But i wanted to add to this some seafood based oil to make sure i'm getting enough preformed Omegas (EPA, DHA, etc.)..and krill seems to be the best. Tweet
