anyone that has experienced high blood pressure and is not doing any type of metaphysics should chcek their bp- ringing in the ears is a warning on bp at times

This was my first reaction-then it did become clear that it was connected to sadhana -since this is where it began

I have had several OBE but all had to do with other things than the ringing humming bussing of the universe...mama's rythym and sound!

For me OBE is about chant somethiing about the vibratory nature of the chanting and music and LSD..(firs time I was 16) Here's been my great discovery- when all along I thought pschedelics were the experience I now find all the gateways are there without any extra help-We are built with all the experiences in us already- much as the looking for space aliens inside (yes iindeed microcosom) rather than outside...we are probably a perfect relection of some aspect of the universe inside as to the universe outside...makes sense. Some have more aspects moving from unknown to known based on their enlightenment (probably wrong word!) experience. But I think we all come equipped with everything all aspects God beings..

As for this paralysis- I think that is a lucid dream you are awake and aware of you in the dream (theta?) world and you are ready to begin moving consciously- more practice?

I know I can detach my energy body -maybe the emotional body I'd bet- and send it to another for body contact- hmmm, ah yes, we'll leave that one alone- but I am getting quite good at it, but there is always room for more improvement eh?
