acidic vs alkaline body

Hi Kelly,

How do you test if your body pH is acidic or alkaline? I have seen people taking pH of the urine, saliva, etc., but there seems to be lot of controversy about these indicators.

Secondly, what does low body temperature (95 to 96 F) indicate?
