Re: Goat protein

Yes, goat protein comes from and animal, hence it is considered animal protein. It is easier for some people to digest than cow products, but can still be problematic for others.

I don't think wheat would cause you to have blood sugar problems, but it could cause you to go through a little withdrawal/detox from it for a few days.

Not sure exactly what you are doing, but here are some general tips for balancing blood sugar that work well for most people. Once you get it stablized, can modify from there.

Tips for Balancing Blood Sugar ~

Imbalanced blood sugar is one of the primary causes of fatigue, brain fog, cravings, depression, irritability, weight gain, weakened immune system and more. To help balance blood sugar…

· Eliminate or relegate stimulants to rare occasions, including:
caffeine, chocolate, refined salt, alcohol and refined carbohydrates
(sugars, high fructose corn syrup, white refined flour, etc.)

· Eat animal protein or whole grains within an hour of waking up

· Eat three balanced meals daily

· Feed cravings for sugar and sweets with protein

· Take Just Barley or other barley grass “green food” supplement daily

Being very consistent with these recommendations until things your blood sugar is balanced is important. Also, cutting sweets out completely really makes a big difference.

Good luck - Let me know how it goes.

Kelly
