Thanks for that awesome post Kelly. I eat goat yogurt and goat cheese often. Is this in the animal protein category?
Also, I gave up all wheat this week and replaced it with sprouted almonds, apples, and meat once a day (in addition to the goat yogurt and cheease. I do Kyogreen daily too. But my blood sugar is all screwed up. Could this be related to my doing away with wheat?
