Hi, I just wanted to say that I take chromium picolinate and my experience is that the way it helps you lose weight is by eliminating the sugar cravings so you don't eat the "bad stuff." I don't know why that is, or how it affects blood sugar. All I know is when I take it I can watch my husband eat cheesecake right in front of me and have no desire to have a bite. I take 200mcgs daily. Not all the time just when I notice I'm wanting cookies :) It really does work.
