I submit that the burning in your nose from the H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) is causing an endorphin release which makes you feel good for a time but doesn't get to the root of the problem. Not sure what the urine does but have heard others say it has healing properties. I do believe that EFT WILL get to the root of the problem , fear/anxiety.
