Re: Magnesium in a nebulizer

Hi Willows,
My daughter suffered with asthma for several years and was using several drugs with adverse side effects that didnt really help her much. Her doctor finally did the blood allergy (RAST) tests and found a dairy allergy. Her asthma ended when we eliminated all dairy products from her diet. She was 7 then and is now 21 and has never had another asthma attack except twice recently caused by airborne allergens (perfumed cat litter and hair dye). She has always been sensitive to perfumes and chemical odors also. Try strictly avoiding dairy for a couple of weeks. You can usually see a difference real soon. Hope you're better soon. Vickie
