I agree wholeheartedly. I was ingesting huge amounts of Aspartame (which is in diet foods) and I had major migraines and my body began to get these weird shakes after a while. I also began to gain weight, and it wouldn't come off no matter what, even with an hour of Taebo every day. I began to wonder why I couldn't lose the weight like I could all of the other previous times. I would always read the same old stuff that said that I yo yo dieted and now I screwed my metabolism up. The articles would never explain to me what I should do about it. I read the book and did what he recommended and it worked. I also did my own research by reading the other books that he recommends and says where he gets his information from, and it said the same thing. He has opened up my eyes to some pertinent information. I lost 10 pounds now, and I am on my way to a healthier me. I am way grateful.
