This is exactly what Kevin Trudeau is doing. If you think that the way the current health system treats illness is wrong (and there IS plenty wrong with it), full with ridiculous allegations of treatment and cure, how is buying into Kevin Trudeau any different? There is a place for natural cures, herbal remedies, naturopathy, alternative approaches to medicine. They don't work all the time and can't cure everything, just like allopathic medicine. Garlic has been shown to improve cardiovascular health, but if your cholesterol is sky high and lifestyle changes aren't realistic, all the garlic in the world won't lower it as much as some pills out there. Acupuncture is great for many things, I've done it myself for pain and stiffness following a shoulder separation. But it's not going to help appendicitis. I just feel that completely discounting medicine is dangerous for people who really need it. If you went into shock from a bee sting, you would stare at an epi-pen and refuse to use it, even though you'll die without it? Would you, as a parent, refuse to vaccinate your children because "they" say you should?
