I know that the "message" of health is getting through in the book, BUT there is so much repeat of his opinion of the different government agencies - the good message almost gets lost! I do not neccesarily disagree with his opinion.
I do consider his business practices questionable. I was going to buy the book for a friend for her BD from the TV because it had the free CD on weightloss with it. I already have the book from BJ's at the cost of $19.99. The TV was $29.99. BUT after I aired a possible interest in the subscription also, but decided to stick with the book and CD for $29.99 + $9.99 ship/hand., the CD was suddenly no longer available unless I subscribed for a whole year $ 75.00...
It did not matter that I told them I was watching the commercial at that moment and read to them what it said. Needless to say : I cancelled the order!
It is also really poor business practice to want your creditcard number BEFORE even getting your name and address!
Well, that is my 2 cents worth.
