actually, much of what is in the book is repeated on the website... or the other way around. supposedly still he cannot give name brand products at all, so sometimes he will list all of the ingredients in a certain product.... not really helpful to me.
one of the helpful hints off of the website, though, was the one about vit c being good for allergy syptoms (like seasonal allergies). maybe this is common knowledge, but i didn't know it. this has really helped my husband. i can easily tell when he hasn't been taking the vit c.
he also gives email addresses for different natural doctors who he says would give the same recommendations as he would. i wrote to a couple. they all seem to have websites and are all selling their own brands of natural health products...
the newsletters are accessible by his website and basically repeat info that you find there. can't really think of any more info offhand.
