mh, the fact that you like the first half of the books tells me that you do see the viability of the theories and potential beneift of at least some information expressed in the book.

yes, he does seek more money by charging for access to his website. personally, i think this does take away from his credibility and i dont he should be doing it, especially considering the sensitive, emotionally-charged subject being dealt with; people's health and well being. however, the man is a salesman, thats what they do.

now i havent bought into the website thing and i probably wont. nor have i heard from anyone who has but am hopeful that someone will eventually come forward to fill us in on their experience.

insofar as whether or not he actually has legal issues with the FDA/FTC concerning his book, one can either take his word for it or be thorough and verify with the courts. the fact that no one, not even the media has brought up or denied the existence of legal issues leads me to believe that there must be something going on. if its a sham, i am sure they would have been all over it by now. you know how meticulous and tenacious "they" are. they stop at nothing and leave no stone unturned.

there are books written by MDs that are in effect cures. however, they do not mention that word in the title's nor do they expressly state that it is one within the content of the book. most often one can only gather the fact that the things they present are cures only through subtleties; and they most certainly do not attack the gov't or threaten to expose improprieties that could be harmful to the status quo all in the same pages.
