i recommend reading a book called "never be sick again: health is a choice, learn how to choose it", written by raymond francis. imho, this is one of the finest books ever written

the content of the book substantiates and gives much credibility to Kevin Trudeau , however, raymond francis goes to an even deeper level. his theory of one disease (cellular malfunction) and two causes (nutritional deficiency or toxicity, or both) is provocative, yet sensible.

you may never look at disease and other ailments of the human body (not to mention the medical establishment), the same way ever again.
