Thank you both for suggestions. I will consider all suggestions. I do have the mouth guard ordered. It is a snore guard made by a dentist that I have full trust in. I had to have impressions made of my teeth to fit my mouth. It is supposed to be positioned to move your bottom jaw forward so that the airway won't close while sleeping. It is supposed to work 80% of the time. I will get it in 1-2 weeks from now. I'll let everyone know how it works. I'm praying that it will help me. Anyone else have a snore guard and having good results? If that does not help I will try any other proven methods that help. I've seen CPAP machines on ebay and was almost considering one of those. I did not realize that there were many different kinds. Please tell me more about them. I will check out the sleep site.
