Re: Court rules against anti-amalgam lawyer

The treatment was not effective. Having the cavity would have been the lesser of two evils. I am talking about how dentists make holes in your teeth when there are no cavities, scrape the enamel off and put bonding on your teeth because of small abrasions. And then you are unable to get your x-rays because they do not, for some reason, have them or they give you copies that another dentist says is unreadable. Also, a dentist will never tell you that he has made a mistake but he will charge you for the procedure. I have had a dentist do a root canal on a tooth and crack the root and never say a word, knowing that it will cause severe health problems. I had this happen and dentists don't tell on each other either. The ADA frowns on that, after all, it is a dental association that protects it's members from malpractice. Dentists protecting dentists. And besides, there is no excuse for the office personnel to be discussing a patient's credit report when they already have the money that was collected at a previous visit for a crown that is being installed. They already have their money and are just trying to see how much more money they can squeeze out of you. Vultures!!!!! Oh, yes I am sure that the white fillings will probably do harm also. But at least I don't have the taste in my mouth and I have not noticed any other side effects yet. Be assured that they will not put any more metal in my mouth because I know that I am metal sensitive. Even though one dentist removed a crown which I had problems with (knwong that I had a problem with metals) and did not remove the amaglam from the build-up and then put a white gold metal crown. He was told that I did not want a metal crown but I paid $700 for a metal crown again. The new crown gave me so much problems that I just had the tooth pulled. Which is what I will do with any new problems that I have instead of just prolonging the agony. Have to go, I could argue all day but I am busy. Again, your opinion is good for you but not for me. Lobbist can somehow convince our elected officials that anything is "safe" but we can see the result of what the government abrakadabras every day.
