A fantastic medicinal product. As with all good medicinals they get overharvested. A native american substitute for baby formula. Never had the luxury to plant that tree or visit FL. I would love to eat some of the fruit down that way.

Up here in the opposite corner of USA we are just turning springtime with Cherry Blossoms just coming on. The only Squash I can get reliably is 'Lemon Cucumber', and small pumpkin, and Zucchini {withput funny-business}. Only thing up in the garden is last falls Garlic, and Kale.
Got some veggie seeds going indoors-and prepped the beds last week-gettin' close.

Permaculture is my passion when not working. Helped teach a couple courses. I've done some PC work in AZ & TX.
