I had a roommate once whose father was a dentist. She would use a pretty hefty amount of toothpaste, and SWALLOW, no spitting or rinsing, her toothpaste! GROSS! Her dad the dentist told her it was okay! I can't believe it! Wonder how her teeth look nowadays...?
