Mony is demystifying immortality and breatharianism using the advanced(or ancient) knowledge information and language we have today. His book is a very clear fluid read.
The concepts applied are excellent. Think taking the entire field of programing and physiology, cellular biology and longevity, combining them for a progressive program that works and is easily applied. THAT is break thru forefront material. Vital does it well, clear, clean and direct as possible. It is hard to go into immortality and breatharianism without looking at yogi's and mystics, etheral stuff, because all the breatharians and long lived people, hundreds of years plus, happen to defy death culture errorful programs, so these people were explained and protected in religion, mysticism and ether worldly cloaks, as lazy explanations, if scientists are too lazy to figure something out they throw it in the miracle category, out of laziness. They breatharians and long lived, hundred and thousand year olds are all valuable of course, as resources to study, myths provided Joesph Campbell basis for his great works. Mony writes a book that is practical, very common sense and teaches easy to apply human bio deprograming and reprograming. Excellent read, worthy of a doctorate. You will read the 226 pages over and over. The info is that good.
