personally i think this whole forum is silly. afterall if you were at a stage in your spiritual walk where you could let go of food, i doubt you would need a web page to tell you how to do it. below i posted some info on wiley brooks, an admitted fraud, that you might be interested in. brooks and jasmuheen know each other, although i personally have no evidence that jasmuheen is a fraud. i have seen up close and in person the harm that frauds like brooks do.

there are so much better things you could be putting your energy into than trying not to eat.
