Re: Enzymes, from David
No Food Can Be Digested Without Enzymes
We now know that the enzymes required to digest our food are either
created by the body (digestive enzymes) or are already present with
the food when it is eaten (food enzymes). We also know that you can
expect health problems if you don't have enough enzymes to properly
turn your food into the nutrients your body needs to thrive.
Now here's the problem . . .
You are Running Out of Enzymes
Until recently, many within the scientific community labored under the
misconception that the digestive enzymes in our body are constant and
last forever; that they can be used and reused; that they never get old
and never wear out.
Researchers now know that we lose digestive enzymes through sweat and
&n bsp; body waste. Through constant use, enzymes lose their strength and
ability to do their work. As we age the organs responsible for
producing our digestive enzymes become less efficient. Today's
environmental pollution and toxic waste conditions, overly processed
fast foods, genetically modified food, and microwave cooking can result
in free radical damage which lowers the body's effectiveness to produce
enzymes. To offset this loss, we need to supplement our system with
oral digestive enzymes.
What do we mean by CLASS ?
There are numerous categories of digestive (hydrolytic) enzymes.
However, for the purpose of this discussion, we will consider the
three primary classes of digestive enzymes that digest our food.
[NOTE: generally speaking, when you see a name of a compound
which ends with the letters "ase", then you know these are enzymes.]:
FOOD GROUP % OF DAILY DIET ENZYME CLASS
ENZYME'S FUNCTION
Proteins 20-25 % Protease Digests Protein
Carbs 50-60 % Amylase Digests Carbohydrates
Fats 20-30 % Lipase Digests Fat (lipids)
You know that proteins, carbohydrates, and fats are the three main
food groups which make up the bulk of our daily diet. A "balanced"
diet means we consume the proper proportions of these three basic
fo od groups on a daily basis. This balance, when combined with the
assurance that we also get the essential nutrients, will lead to a long,
disease-free life only. . . . If
. . we properly process and metabolize these nutrients.
To do this we also need an adequate source of the major types of
digestive enzymes: Proteases, Amylases, and Lipases.
If we DO NOT digest and absorb these nutrients, then the outcome
is guaranteed: you can look forward to nothing more than an inevitable
decline in your health, and increase in aches, pains and disease, and
acceleration in the aging process.
THESE HEALTH AND AGING ISSUES WILL BE
SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED...OR EVEN ELIMINATED
IF ENOUGH ENZYMES ARE PRESENT TO BREAK
DOWN THESE NUTRIENTS AND DELIVER THEM
WHERE THEY NEED TO BE.
&n bsp;
If the proper QUANTITY and required TYPE of enzymes are not
present, your body becomes TOXIC from the the left over waste of
incomplete digestion. This is the reason why most illnesses and diseases
are a initially a dietary mistake. This can be prevented and it can be
reversed. Its all a matter of having the right amount and the right
kind of enzymes available at the right time to prevent your body from
becoming a receptacle for pollution and waste receptacle that then
breeds and harbors disease.
And Now The GOOD NEWS!
We don't need to be in this predicament and there are some known
and trusted ways to stay out of it. Now that we recognize we are running
out of enzymes we can eliminate this problem quickly and immediately.
The solution is at hand, stay with u s, because we're going there next.
But first, let's REVIEW and sum it up:
Summary :
You have now gotten the basics of digestive enzymes. Virtually every
person living in today's high stress, fast food, environmentally polluted
world needs digestive enzymes. You need them if you value your health.
If you're young, you need to keep your digestive system and immune
system strong, because your body knows how to feed itself and protect
itself...only if it has the nutrients and tools to let it happen.
If you have let time and age already take its toll, supplemental digestive
enzymes are nearly magical in their ability to restore you to a feeling you
thought you could never have again.
Getting the right quantity and quality of digestive enzymes i s what we
will look at next.
The Health Nuts has developed a high quality, microbial plant-based
digestive enzyme formula that is effective and is designed to deliver all
of the supplemental digestive enzymes, essential nutrients, ionic minerals
and antioxidants you will normally need to digest your food properly
and put you on the path to a healthy lifestyle.
Tour 4 Summary
As we age, eat the wrong food, are ravaged by environmental insults,
and just actively participate in life itself, we lose some of our enzymes.
Our body makes more to handle these problems..but this puts extra
pressure and strain on our body to do this. Eventually this takes its
toll and results in permanent loss of out enzyme potential.
Fortunately, our body make s only what it needs or doesn't have
enough of. If we eat a lot of protein, we need more protease to
digest it; more Amylase if we eat a lot of carbohydrates, and more
Lipase, if we chow down on a "burger and fries".
Make sure you learned about:
Protease enzymes:.....they digest protein
Amylase enzymes: ....they digest carbohydrates
Lipase enzymes: ......they digest fat (lipids)
When we don't have enough of the needed type of digestive enzymes
to digest our food type, ill winds begin to blow and the start of some
serious health problems begin to set in. Diseases, parasites, and other
organisms begin to hide and reside inside you body without your
awareness. Years may go by while they mature and grow, slowly
laying claim to part of you r health, well being, and longevity. Its
disguised as "aging". Actually, it's not, its simply not enough enzymes!
What can be done??
Can we change this inevitable process??
The answer is a big YES. With the right supplemental digestive enzymes.
Tour #5 begins tomorrow and we will discuss Nature's Health Food and
why doctor's don't tell you about it
Until tomorrow,
God Bless You!
