I have major itchiness with flaking on the back of my neck/hairline...ive had it there for over a year..the doctors say its a fungal infection but it has been consistant despite using an antifungal shampoo...im starting to think it is eczema from my yeast probs...i also have the same prob in my crotch area...i looked this cream up that you wrote about and it doesnt say that there is caprylic acid in it. im also taking 3Lac right now...and i cant tell if im getting better or not. can you give me more info on the cream please
